Our Policies
We’re pretty laid back at the Lull-Abi Inn, but there are a couple of things I need to be sure you have read. Here goes:
Late Check-Ins
Late check-ins are no problem. The office closes at around 6:00PM, but just let us know if you will be late and we will leave the keys for you. You can check-in in the morning.
Reservations and cancellations
Because we are a small property in a busy area we have to hold you to your reservation. We are sold out many nights and have to turn people away. Please understand that when you make your reservation we are planning on you being here as planned for the full length of your reservation.
- Cancellations are a part of travel, we understand that. But since we do not charge a deposit, any reservation cancelled with less than two weeks’ notice will be charged one night’s room and tax to the credit card used to secure the reservation.
- We will ask you to pay when you check-in; this is for your convenience. Since the mornings can get busy with cleaning rooms it’s easier just to do the book work when you check-in, rather than in the morning
- We cannot issue refunds on shortened stays. If you need to shorten your stay please adhere to the two week notice in our cancellation policy. Early check-outs are not refunded.
Rates
- All rates listed are double occupancy
- Additional guests are $10 per person per night
- Total tax added is 11%
- If you are using a promotion please request at time of reservation
- Children under 18 are free
- We do not have cribs or rollaways available
Minimum stay
- From the end of June to the end of October all weekends are two night minimum except Labor Day Weekend (3 nights)Pumpkin Patch/Columbus Day Weekend (3 nights), and Fourth of July , which is a three night minimum unless the Holiday is T/W/Th. Memorial Day is a two night minimum.
- There is no minimum stay on weekdays or early season
Smoking and Pets
- There is no smoking in any motel room in Wisconsin, you can smoke outside at the Lull-Abi Inn
- Sorry, we do not allow pets in the rooms or on the property
Check-in/Check-out times
- All rooms are guaranteed ready by 3:00. Feel free to stop in earlier, but please do not come before noon!
- Check-out is 11:00

We feel so strongly about our inn we guarantee that if you check-in and do not like our inn we will issue you a full refund and help you find what you want.
